Dogs Waiting to Die in Moreni Public Shelter. Footage from September 2013

Note with this footage. "Public Shelter in Moreni, September 2013. We can not get inside. This is taken from the outside. As far as I know, is this shelter illegal..as it was closed down in 2011....and look now.... The dogcatchers are taking ALL dogs...also the ones that were spayed/neutered and vaccinated. They don`t care about all the work being done to save lives and to prevent unwanted puppies to be born...."
