The second part of this video contains graphic footage of the cruelty meted out on dogs in Romania. There is no accountability, no one to stop it, no audits, no one questions it. There are no investigations. Bodies are burned and evidence removed. In the meantime, the Animal Welfare Intergroup pretends it knew nothing of this. All this happened on their watch.
