Flavius Barbulescu resigns

"Service Management stray dogs in Brasov remained without a head, after Flavius Barbulescu, who led the institution since its inception, has resigned. In recent months, however, and other employees of the Service (or caregivers) have resigned, and their complaints were related to the new provisions of the law "strays" that forces them to do the work in three shifts, so as to ensure permanent shelter dogs 24 hours 24. Lately, the service has undergone a number of changes caused by the change of legislation. However, the administrative management services stray dog is being moved to the shelter of the Stupini Civic Center, so there is a malfunction in the conduct of all activities, and be able to provide permanent asylum."
