"Rally in Bucharest Sept. 14, 2013...During this rally, Senator Marius Marinescu announced that the appeal against the criminal law has been filled with the Romanian Constitutional Court.
The law is FROZEN NOW, until the end of the procedures...which ca last for months...so, it IS STILL ILLEGAL to kill HEALTHY ANIMALS...! Anybody who orders the killings or kills animals can face even jail time.
