"The Mayor of Drobeta Turnu Severin ( Mehedinti County Romania ) echoed by the Veterinarian hired for the Public shelter in that town, shelter which is opened to the public ONLY on Thursdays, from 2-4 pm, and where people can go ONLY with the town hall approval, decided TO KILL ALL THE STRAYS in the shelter...they DO NOT INTEND, to organise any adoption campaigns, they do not say anything about mass sterilisations campaigns in their town, they do not care about ANYTHING ELSE in the new LAW, but to KILL THE DOGS...well, the problem is that this veterinarian who seems ready to KILL healthy animals, violates the Deontological Code of his profession, and the Decision nr. 24/03.12.2011 of the National Council of veterinarians....He, the dog killer mayor decided to kill them, so he does not have to spend public money..."
