The Romanian Federation for The Protection of Animals ( FPAM ) will take the following legal actions against the law 258/2013 ( for the modification of OUG 155/2001 - the "euthanasia" law )
1.- Referral to the European Court of Justice regarding the law 258/2013
2.-Action to the European Commission where we will ask for an infringement procedure for nonaccordance with the European Convention Ratified in Romania in 2004 ( law 60/2004)
3.- Challenge HG in the Administrative Court regarding the methodological norms for the implementation of law 258/2013
